By accessing or using Reforge (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Reforge Studios Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Creation:

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Security:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading fitness data or workout logs
• Cheat, manipulate, or exploit the App's ranking or leaderboard systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or competitions

Medical Disclaimer:

• Reforge is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Consult your physician before starting any fitness program
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from your use of the App

No Guarantees:

• We do not guarantee specific fitness results
• Individual results may vary based on numerous factors
• Exercise carries inherent risks, which you assume by using the App

Content You Create:

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, comments, workout logs)
• By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• You represent that you have the right to upload any content you share

Content Removal:

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

Our Rights:

• The App, including all characters, artwork, lore, designs, and features, is owned by Reforge Studios Pty Ltd
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission
• "Reforge" and associated trademarks are our property

Limited License:

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

Integrations:

• The App may integrate with third-party services (Strava, Apple Health, Google Fit)
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies
• We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability

External Links:

• The App may contain links to external websites
• We are not responsible for external content or websites

Fees:

• Certain features may require payment or subscription
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with notice

Automatic Renewal:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel through your device's subscription settings

Fair Play:

• Rankings are based on user-reported data and third-party integrations
• We reserve the right to investigate and remove users who cheat or manipulate results
• Leaderboard positions are not guaranteed and may change

Prizes and Rewards:

• Any prizes or rewards are subject to availability and our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel competitions at any time

By You:

• You may delete your account at any time through the App settings

By Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the App at any time without liability

Effect of Termination:

• Your right to use the App immediately ceases
• We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

"AS IS" BASIS:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• We do not warrant the accuracy of fitness data or third-party integrations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or AUD $100 if no payments)
• We are not liable for injuries, health issues, or losses resulting from your use of the App

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the App
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Governing Law:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Melbourne, Victoria

Informal Resolution:

• Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution

Entire Agreement:

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Reforge Studios Pty Ltd

Severability:

• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect

No Waiver:

• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right

Assignment:

• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction
